This warranty protects against fractures or breaks in your zirconia prosthesis that occur due to material defects or manufacturing issues. If the zirconia fails because of a flaw in the material itself, you are covered.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, trauma, or misuse. It also does not apply to chips or fractures that result from treatment performed by another dental provider. In addition, any issues related to damaged or failed dental implants are not included under this warranty.

If your zirconia arch experiences a covered fracture, we will provide a replacement full arch zirconia prosthesis that matches your original restoration.
If you would like to make cosmetic changes during the replacement process, additional fees may apply. In cases where a zirconia replacement is not possible, an alternative treatment option may be recommended.

Simply contact your treating center. Our team will guide you through the next steps and schedule an evaluation if needed.

Warranty coverage depends on following recommended care guidelines, including attending regular cleanings, wearing a night guard if advised, and following post treatment instructions. The warranty may be void if treatment is received outside the practice or if patient behavior contributes to damage. State laws may affect your warranty rights.
